Requirements for Participation: To enroll in the Angel Beauty Haus Membership Wellness program, a valid credit card and email address are mandatory.
Membership Benefits: Members enjoy discounted monthly treatments, which must be redeemed each month. Unused treatments for a particular month can be rolled over (“Rollover Treatment”) and used within three months from the Monthly Charge Date, provided the membership remains active. Members can redeem one Rollover Treatment per Membership Month in addition to the current month’s Membership Treatment.
Cancellation Policy: Appointments need to be canceled at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the appointment will be considered used, and a Membership or Rollover Treatment will be redeemed.
Automatic Renewal: Memberships will automatically renew on a monthly basis unless canceled in person at Angel Beauty Haus.
Termination of Membership: Angel Beauty Haus reserves the right to terminate memberships at any time, for any reason.
Monthly Injectables Membership:
It’s a monthly subscription where you pay just $10 each month and get Botox for only $10 per unit (which is usually $12 per unit)!
